Beth brings proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership team effectiveness, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to her clients. Helping leaders to make real, enduring, positive change is her passion. With over 25 years of experience, she honed her business acumen while operating as a DEI leader and management consultant across a breadth of industries.
Working with leaders to amplify their voice, and discover, grow and lean into their authentic leadership style – becoming their best selves – is the focus of her coaching work. Direct and empathetic, Beth combines practical business perspective with an appreciation for the challenges leaders face within their organizations and within themselves, as they develop new ways of working and thinking.
Beth is a highly respected and award-winning DEI thought leader, who has spent nearly 15 years researching, designing, and building DEI strategies and programs to address complex business challenges and create more inclusive and equitable workplaces. She is particularly passionate about partnering with organizations to implement strategies that enhance Belonging and employee engagement – like Allyship and Sponsorship.
Beth enjoys learning from her clients, husband, and daughters; traveling to experience new things and pop culture.
