My approach to DEI consulting is grounded in empathy and data-driven solutions. I work closely with organizations to understand their unique challenges and develop customized strategies that drive progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have spent nearly 15 years researching, designing, and building DEI strategies and programs to address complex business challenges and create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.


My mission is to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces where everyone feels valued and heard, and can contribute meaningfully. I am particularly passionate about partnering with organizations to implement strategies that enhance Belonging and employee engagement – like Allyship and Sponsorship.
